Kyle McMichael

Kyle McMichael is an associate at Croker Huck whose practice focuses on business transactions and civil litigation. Kyle advises clients through transactional matters including entity formation and structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, and business succession planning. He works with business owners and companies to anticipate risk, strengthen internal governance, and structure agreements that protect long-term interests. Kyle also represents businesses, lenders, and individuals in litigation matters involving contract disputes, collections, business ownership conflicts, and fraudulent actions. He approaches disputes strategically, helping clients evaluate risk early, develop clear litigation objectives, and pursue efficient, results-driven resolutions.

Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law and graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a degree in accounting. His accounting background provides him with a practical understanding of financial statements, valuation issues, and the economic realities that often drive commercial disputes. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and remains actively engaged in the Nebraska business and legal community.
