A SID constructs and maintains the public improvements located within a residential, commercial, or industrial, development, which is outside boundaries of a City including streets, sanitary sewers, water systems, sidewalks and utility services. We handle SID matters through all the stages of the SID's existence - from the initial planning and formation stages through construction of the public improvements by the District to the time when a District may be annexed by a municipality.
